The first start-up must confirm that the hydraulic network is truly ready before the compressor is loaded.

1. Pressure

Check the filling pressure and the expansion vessel pre-charge.

2. Flow

Measure the actual flow rate and compare it with the manufacturer's requirement.

3. Filters and air purging

Confirm that the filter is clean and the network is fully purged of air.

4. ΔT

Record supply temperature, return temperature, and ΔT during steady-state operation.

5. Tightness

Check all connections for leaks.

6. Valves and circulators

Confirm the correct direction, position, and operation of all critical components.
