1. Piping
Correct diameters, insulation, supports, and material compatibility.
2. Flow
Confirmation of actual flow and correct ΔΤ.
3. Protection
Filters, magnetic separator, expansion vessel, and safety valve.
4. Air Venting
Removal of air from all critical points.
5. Tightness
Leak test on all connections.
6. Serviceability
Provision of valves, measurement points, and access for future maintenance.
