The best way to evaluate maintenance is by comparing measurements before and after the intervention.
What we compare
O₂, CO₂, CO, flue gas temperature, gas pressure, air pressure, and load point.
Same conditions
The comparison should be performed at approximately the same load and under similar operating conditions.
What indicates improvement
Lower CO, more stable O₂, a cleaner flame, and smaller deviations between loads are indicators of better operation.
Multi-year trend
Maintaining a history helps identify gradual changes in the heat exchanger, the fan, the combustion head, or the control instruments.
