Maintenance documentation is just as important as the adjustment itself. A proper combustion report allows for comparison from service to service.

Gas pressures

Inlet and outlet pressure are recorded where required.

Flue gas measurements

O₂, CO₂, CO, lambda, and flue gas temperature are recorded for every significant load point.

Temperatures

Combustion air temperature and, where necessary, water or process temperatures are recorded.

Load point

Each measurement must be linked to low, medium, or high fire so that it can be properly evaluated.

Remarks

Adjustment changes, cleanings, spare parts, and any deviation requiring future monitoring are noted.
