A Multiblock combines several critical components, so its maintenance must be performed systematically and in accordance with the specific model.

Filter

Checked for contamination and excessive pressure drop.

Regulator

The outlet pressure and performance under low and high loads are recorded.

Pressostat

Correct contact operation is verified and setpoints are confirmed to be in accordance with burner requirements.

Safety valves

Proper operation is checked, and, where applicable, internal tightness via valve proving.

Final inspection

After any intervention, a tightness test is performed, and the complete safety sequence is verified before normal operation.
