Proper maintenance of a natural gas burner is not limited to cleaning. It includes checking mechanical, electrical, and combustion parameters so that the burner operates safely and efficiently.

Visual and mechanical inspection

The combustion head, electrodes, fan, connections, wiring, and the condition of seals are all checked.

Gas train

The condition of the filter, gas pressures, and the correct operation of essential safety devices are verified.

Combustion

Using a flue gas analyzer, O₂, CO₂, CO, flue gas temperature, and λ are checked in accordance with the manufacturer's limits.

Logging

Final measurements must be logged to maintain a history and identify gradual deviations.
