For two-stage or modulating burners, proper adjustment is not achieved only at maximum load.

Low fire

At low load, we check flame stability, O₂, CO, and minimum safe supply.

High fire

At high load, we check if the burner reaches the required power without excessive CO, excessive temperatures, or insufficient air supply.

Mid-range points

In a modulating system, it is necessary to check intermediate loads as well so that the air-gas curve remains correct.

Recording

The measurements of each load point are recorded so that there is a clear picture of the overall behavior.
