What the central supply filter does

It is installed at the facility's entrance and retains particles such as sand, rust, and dirt before they enter pipes and appliances.

When it is useful

• When water often contains dirt or rust.
• In old piping systems.
• In installations with boilers, water heaters, and solenoid valves.

Important

The filter must be cleaned or replaced regularly, because when it gets clogged, it reduces pressure and flow.
