Before a new or relocated natural gas boiler is put into operation, the entire installation must be checked, not just the appliance itself.
Gas supply check
It is confirmed that the piping has the correct diameter, that there is an accessible isolation valve, and that the installation has been checked for tightness.
Flue check
The path, fixation, and termination must be compatible with the specific boiler model.
Hydraulic circuit
Water pressure, venting, circulator operation, and the correct connection of supply and return are checked.
Condensate drainage
For a condensing boiler, it is confirmed that the siphon and the drainage operate without backflow or leaks.
Initial startup
The first operation must include a combustion check, safety check, and actual supply pressure check according to the manufacturer's instructions.
