If the water temperature consistently remains below the setpoint, the problem may lie either in the unit itself or the building load.
Insufficient power available
At very low outdoor temperatures, the actual capacity of the pump may be lower than the thermal load.
High setpoint
A very high required supply temperature reduces the COP and may push the unit close to its operating limits.
Hydraulic problem
Incorrect water flow, bypass, or poor hydraulic layout can distort temperatures.
Refrigerant circuit
If the unit is not producing the expected output, check pressures, sensors, expansion valve, and inverter operation.
