What is a zone valve?
It opens or closes the flow to a specific part of the installation according to a command from a thermostat or automation.
Common problems
- Burnt-out motor.
- Stuck valve body.
- Incorrect limit switch.
- Lack of control voltage.
Inspection
We check if a command is being given, if the actuator is moving, and if the flow is actually changing.
